Overview

This policy explains what information SOLVE Framework collects from visitors to this website and from users of the SOLVE Platform™, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to respond to you, provide the platform, and improve the product, we do not sell your personal information.

Information We Collect

When you contact us or request access (the "Get More Information" and "Request Access" forms), we collect the name, email address, and any company or message details you choose to provide. We use this to respond to your inquiry and follow up about pricing or setup.

When you use the SOLVE Platform™ after signing up, we collect your account information (name, email, office affiliation), practice session content and transcripts, scores and coaching feedback, and certification progress, so the platform and your manager dashboard can function.

Anonymous page-view tracking. This marketing site records anonymous page views (a randomly generated token per visit, page path, and timestamp) so we can understand traffic patterns. This tracking does not use cookies, localStorage, or any technique that identifies you personally, and it is not linked to the contact forms above unless you separately submit one.

How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries submitted through our forms
• To provide, maintain, and improve the SOLVE Platform™ and SOLVE AI Coach™
• To generate scoring, coaching feedback, and certification progress for platform users
• To send account-related or requested informational emails
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve this website

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and platform (for example, hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing providers), and only to the extent needed for them to perform that service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of SOLVE Framework or others.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and account/practice data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain your account, or fulfill certification and business record-keeping needs. You may request deletion of your personal information as described below.

Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@solveframework.com. If you submitted a contact form and no longer wish to be contacted, let us know at that address and we will honor your request.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This site and platform are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our product and practices evolve. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
