Our Marks

SOLVE Framework™ is our company and the philosophy behind everything we build. The following names are trademarks (™) of SOLVE Framework, organized as one connected brand family:

SOLVE Framework™ — the company and the discovery-practice philosophy behind our books, coaching, and certification programs.

• SOLVE Platform™ — the software that brings the Framework to life.
  • SOLVE Academy™ — our learning and certification track, which issues these credentials:
    • SOLVE Certification™
    • SOLVE Certified Organization™
  • SOLVE AI Coach™ — personal, AI-guided coaching and feedback.
  • SOLVE Opportunity Intelligence™ — AI-assisted prospecting.
  • SOLVE Trust Index™ — how we measure trust and readiness.

These marks, and any logos or badge designs associated with them, may not be used by any third party without prior written permission, except as described below.

What You Can Do

If you are a certified consultant, a licensed organization, or a customer of the SOLVE Framework platform, you may:

• Refer to your own certification honestly and accurately — for example, "SOLVE Framework Certified Consultant" or "Certified through the SOLVE Academy."
• Use the badge, coin, or certificate imagery issued to you by SOLVE Framework to represent your own earned status (e.g., on a business card, email signature, or LinkedIn profile), unaltered and without implying a broader partnership, endorsement, or license than what you actually hold.
• Reference SOLVE Framework by name in factual, non-misleading statements about your training or certification (e.g., "trained using the SOLVE Framework").

What You Cannot Do

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Use any SOLVE Framework mark, logo, or badge design in a way that suggests your business, product, or service is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by SOLVE Framework, when it is not.
• Modify, recolor, distort, or combine our marks or badge/certificate artwork with your own branding.
• Register a domain name, business name, product name, or social media handle that incorporates "SOLVE Framework" or any confusingly similar variation.
• Use our marks in a way that disparages SOLVE Framework or is misleading about the nature, quality, or origin of your services.
• Claim "SOLVE Certified Organization" status unless your organization currently holds that designation under an active agreement with us.

Third-Party Use & Press

Journalists, reviewers, and partners referencing SOLVE Framework in editorial, comparative, or factual contexts (e.g., "according to SOLVE Framework's research...") may do so under fair use principles without seeking prior permission, provided the reference is accurate and does not imply endorsement.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this page as our brand and product line evolve. Continued use of our marks after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
