Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SOLVE Framework website and the SOLVE Platform™ (together, the "Services"), operated by Wade Skrimager doing business as SOLVE Framework. By visiting this site, submitting a form, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Who Can Use the Services

The Services are intended for business professionals and organizations evaluating or using discovery-practice training. You must provide accurate information when signing up or submitting a form, and you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

The SOLVE Platform™

The SOLVE Platform™ provides AI-powered discovery-practice conversations, coaching feedback from SOLVE Coach™, certification tracking through the SOLVE Academy™, and manager dashboards for offices that purchase seats. Access is provided on a subscription basis under the pricing described on this site, which may change with notice.

Practice conversations are simulated for training purposes. Scores, feedback, and certification status reflect performance within the platform's scoring rubric and are not a guarantee of real-world sales or business outcomes.

Accounts and Offices

Consultant seats are associated with an office invite code. Office managers are responsible for the seats and consultants they add under their subscription. You agree not to share login credentials or invite codes outside your organization, or use them to access the platform without a valid, paid seat.

Payment and Billing

Paid tiers are billed as described on the pricing page at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and you can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund amounts already charged except where required by law or separately stated at the time of purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the platform to harass or abuse SOLVE Coach™ or other systems, attempt to reverse-engineer or resell access to the Services, upload unlawful content, or use the Services in violation of the SOLVE Framework™ trademark guidelines.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including the SOLVE Framework™ methodology, SOLVE Platform™ software, SOLVE Academy™ curriculum, badge and certificate designs, and related content, are owned by SOLVE Framework and protected by intellectual property law. See our Trademark Guidelines for how our marks may and may not be used. We do not claim ownership of your own practice session content beyond what is needed to operate and improve the Services.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that practice, coaching, or certification will result in any particular business outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOLVE Framework will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these Terms or the trademark guidelines, or for non-payment. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
